About Rova Mova

Our story

Rova Mova began with a mum’s wish to help children feel at home across languages and cultures.

For the past 15 years, I’ve lived and travelled across different countries and cultures. Living abroad taught me that language is about much more than words—it helps us connect, adapt and feel at home.

When I became a mum, I wanted my son to feel confident exploring new places and making friends. That inspired Nina and Guimo: our first collection of stories and activities, making new languages feel familiar, welcoming and fun.

It also shaped the idea behind Rova Mova: encouraging children’s curiosity, exploration and learning through play. We’re starting with families growing up across languages and cultures, with more ideas to explore.
